electronically notified to expect the package for shipping" that normally means it hasnt been scanned in yet, or arrived at the post office, . try calling the post office or going there with the tracking number. to see if they can find anything, sometimes the website doesnt update for awhile. but for priority you should have had it the beginning of the month. it is her responsibilty to get you one espically since the first one was damaged. check with the post office, if they have no records of the item except they were notified, it most likely never made it to the post office. if thats the case i would see if you could get a refund from the seller, since you never got the item. because paypal only allows so much time for refunds. but definately do not pay to have another one shipped. hope that helped. good luck |

You have 45 days to file a claim with PayPal. I would open one now. She may just be trying to put you off until your deadline expires.

| It's interesting how the track and confirm system works. I have received items that were never scanned other than when the item was accepted at the post office and delivered. Other times I have items that are scanned all along the way and it turns into a tracking system rather than just a delivery confirmation. I wish the PO wouldn't call delivery confirmation track and confirm. |
