my little boring world

Hi ya and welcome to my little boring world.
Most folks will think my family is a little weird and I guess we are but we seem to get along just fine being weird. We kinda like sorta like the WALTONS. THats a nickname we got from a neighbor yrs ago. We grow a huge garden each yr and I can tons and tons of stuff, make salsa, spagetti sause, jellies and jams. Freeze lots of veggies too.Me and booboo ( my hubby) have been married almost 25 yrs and we have a 22 yr old daughter who is away in college. When she is home, she brings lots of friends with her so sometimes we have 4-6 "rental" kids here with us too.we heat with wood in the winter time and have a 80 yr old wood cook stove that I cook on in the winter time. the kids love to come home here and see what is cooking on the stove. I hang out all my laundry to dry, summer and winter. we try to save all we can since we think we work way to hard for money to waste it. I work for the local gov. and my booboo works in a machine shop. both of us have had the same jobs forever. I love to use coupons and really get a kick outa thriple coupon days. they are few and far between here but when they are , i really rack up. I try to keep items for the food bank and I also take lots of stuff to clients who cant afford the little extras due to high med. cost or the cost of heating their homes. i like to drop stuff off at their homes then ring the bell and leave. I dont want to hurt anyones pride and this way, they get what I know they need and they dont know its me doing it.
I guess that is about enough to bore you to tears so I will shut up now. I may add stuff along and then again I may not. Its not that I have alot of excitment in my life that I can right about. Tell you what, when something good happens , I will let you know. until then, you will know that I am boring and loving it.
