Getting Paid To Post on Forums

A long, long time ago, I used to do rewards programs. Freeride, MyPoints, Beanz, etc. Back when there were good programs that were really worth doing. Then it got to the point where you're lucky to get a few cents a day. I thought I'd just do more of them and it would still be worth it. It wasn't long until I figured out I was spending way too much time opening hundreds of emails for a few cents a day. I just knew there had to be something more.
A friend of mine told me about a forum site that paid for every post you made. I joined there, posted for awhile, and did manage to earn a little money. Still, I thought my time should be worth more than the 2cents a post I was getting there. So I ran a google search and found out there were sites actually dedicated to paid posting. People start a website and actually hire a posting service to get some content onto the site. And it actually pays 10 - 20 cents for every post you make. I gave up all my little penny ante reward programs and started doing paid posting.
Soon I was working for 2 different sites and doing freelance work on the side. It was good, but I was toying with the idea of starting my own site and having all those websites come to me. My husband and I already had a videogame forum, so I asked some of those members if they'd like to earn some cash and soon many of them were on board.
That was over a year ago. And we've had a few jobs working through our videogame site, mostly after doing some advertising on ebay. Recently we've decided it's time to sell the videogame forum and start a new site strictly for the paid posting business. With a little time and effort invested in advertising, and after hiring a few more paid posters, we're confident that business will really take off.
So, for those of you investing hours and hours in rewards programs and making a few cents a day on them... there is bigger money to be made. Paid posting is easier and it sure pays better.
