Squidoo.com is a relatively new site that is really fun to explore. Basically the idea is that anybody who cares about a particular topic can easily build a page filled with information about that topic. It's easy to include things like RSS feeds, images from Flicker, videos from YouTube etc. I built one for MyCoupons.com in about ten minutes.
