God have mercy. The poor kids in the house at the time! Could you imagine seeing that....at ANY age??? How truly sad.

I heard about that. Horrible.

One of the saddest things I've read about in a long time. What the heck is going on with people who have so little regard for human life?

Any senseless murder of an innocent homeowner over burglary, is bad...but omg this is heinous, two selfless people with so many needy children, omg those poor kids.

Whoever killed the parents, I think they deserve to get the death penalty.

And the sheriff's office said although some of the kids were asleep 'several' of them were not, and had witnessed the breakin...and one child who saw it, was able to slip out to a neighbor's house to summon help.

I can't imagine the trauma to those children...hope others in the family, maybe the grown children, can help to keep them together.

This is not to far from where I live here in Pensacola about 15 min from my home . This is so very sad . I think our whole town is in shock that something like this would happen here. It is all so very scary .

I tried to stay away because this is one of the saddest stories I have ever heard, so so sad . May god bless the souls who have passed and may God help those innocent children who needed help continue to get the love and help these parents did for them. Peace. Catherine
