After reading Lucys post I realized passing on pics can be. Several years ago I sent pics to a friend of my late father of his friends wedding and teenage years. For about five years I sent different pics and him and his family really appreciated them.
He contacted me and told me that they arrived he had been in a deep depression and that the pics rejuvenated him. He said his depression was so bad the family had spoke to him about going in the hospital but that he recovered thanks to these pics and that he and his family really appreciated my kindness.
