| Anyone do Payroll??
My co-workers and I are due overtime secondary to union contract language that was not followed correctly. OT is due for the past year..We are not being given access to our old calender schedules or "time sheets" for this year period to figure the dates out which we are owed (it has been stated we needed to figure the dates out and give them to payroll to analyze for OT)..Many don't have their personal calender from a year ago to find dates..(fortunately I do) .Are payroll time sheets something a business can deny us access too?? ( We already have union involvement, just looking for more info; this lack of OT does not violate federal laws etc either).. Thanks |

Anything involving Union contracts can be very tricky to answer on an internet board. I suggest you post this on Free Legal Advice in 100+ Law Topics - Law Attorney or Labor Law Talk - Employment, Business, Family, Tax, Real Estate, Criminal Laws. Both boards have experienced HR people, attorneys and other professionals that may be able to offer advice.
