OK, the Brazilian Wax Job post got me thinking. I'm SURE I've heard that once you went through menaupause you were supposed to grow much less hair. Are you finding that? I've actually had a blood test to be sure I'd gone through menaupause (since I had a hysterectomy early), and I have. I was really looking forward to not having to shave my legs anymore, but, if anything, I think they are worse!!!

How about the rest of you? Am I a freak???

I have found that to be true.

I now have very little hair "down there" and virtually no hair on my legs anymore.

Even my eyebrows are practically bare

Oh No not me. I am hairier than ever.

I also have a lot less hair on my legs and under my arms. It also grows a lot slower. The hair on my head is as thick as ever.

Mom has less hair down there too, she's turning 60 this year.

Now they can make a pill to make only your eyelashes grow (have you seen this on tv yet, it's NOT an As Seen on TV deal, but a real medicine by a really hurge pharm company!) so why can't they invent a pill that will make the hair on our legs NOT grow?!!



While we are talking about this, for those of you who do cold waxing at home for your legs and eyebrows, can you recommend a good brand? Is it better to cold wax or shave? I know waxing lasts longer, but it's a lot more work than a quick shave, right? Any brand suggestions?
