My husband just got home from work and said he heard on the radio that Paula Abdul is not returning to American Idol next season. I googled it and Perez Hilton was the one reporting it. Something about not paying her enough.....

Anybody else heard anything?

It's been floating around but I didn't know it was confirmed.

It is all over Twitter.

It was reported that Paula demanded a 20 million dollar contract - not a smart move for somebody who was already considered a problem employee. Karla was actually brought in to replace her because of Paula's behavior and Paula should have cleaned up her act fast instead of playing diva. They were looking to dump her already and instead of reading the writing on the wall, Paula ignored it and seemed to believe that she was the one calling the shots.

Bless her little heart she is delusional.

We can only hope that the whole show will go off the air.

I like the show. I will still watch it. And it does like Paulas out.

Sorry but I rather see Simon go real fast. I honestly cannot stand the man, he is just plain rude and thinks who the heck he is... Too much of a show off for me, his ego is way too big.... Peace. Catherine
