Spinoff on vitamin thread...

Does anyone know of any good vitamins to take that are beneficial for your hair? Since I've been going through peri-menopause, my hair has been falling out a bit...not clumps or anything major, but I do notice that everytime I wash or brush my hair, more and more comes out. It's thinning rapidly. Maybe it's just genetic since my Mom has thinning hair. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I know this has been covered before I think, but I'm too lazy to search for the information. ~Lisa

I never heard of Inositol before...I googled some information about it and it sounds great...It sounds like it comes in a pill and powder form? The pill form would be easier for me... ~Lisa

AG Pro Recommended by my hair guy and dermatologist. They work! You take 2 of them 3x a day.

Try using Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner. It did wonders on my hair!
