I'm hoping to get some help from all of you wonderful people. I joined MC in 1999, and I had a rating as "Expert" and I believe over 500 posts. Now I have 26 posts and am listed as a "Junior" member. Oh well---

I used to have a Home Warranty policy with Liberty Home and was planning on signing up with them again, until I found a site ( I Googled: Home Warranty) with many companies listed and peoples' experiences with all the companies. It seems Liberty Home is not what it used to be. All the reports on them were negative. The year that I had their coverage, which cost $459, they totally replaced my furnace, replaced the water pump on my washer, fixed the fridge, and fixed the A/C. I just had to pay them $50 for each of the service calls. Got so much fixed for only $649!

There were many companies listed on the site with peoples' experiences just about all being negative. I am hoping that someone here knows of a reliable company. My water heater and A/C unit are getting old, and if they broke down completely, I would not be able to afford having them replaced.
