I love tanning all over the top so I hate wearing a top when I swim and sun. I love going to the "naked beach" on the Willamette River so I can tan on top with no marks.

As far as naked that's not for me even if I were skinny or swimsuit model material I would wear a bottom but hey it doesn't bother me to be around naked people.

I have gotten quite a fantastic each of the last six years that I have been going there.

What about you guys?

since I don't tan, I burn---and skin cancer is prevalent in my family, I try not to be in the sun. If I'm in the sun, I wear like SPF 1000. Tan lines/tan marks wouldn't bother me.

Oh no, gravity won years ago so even without a top I would end up with tan lines. Only they would be the shape of hanging boobs.

Nope. I did the whole tanning thing for a while in my teens, but once I got more educated on what the sun can do to you - and how NASTY a person can look later on - it's just not worth it.

If I did tan, it wouldn't bother me at all to go topless because I hate tan lines. That said, no places to do that sort of thing anywhere near where I am not (that I know of)

I don't hang out in the sun unless I'm on a cruise. Then it's fun to sit in a lounge chair on the lido deck with a little umbrella drink in your hand. I'm always clothed though. The parts of my body that aren't covered with shorts or a tshirt are covered in sunblock. I got a NASTY sunburn a couple of years ago, and actually got sun poisoning in the process. So I never go without the big spf anymore.

I also have to add that I just had a baby, and nobody wants to see these boobs or stretchmarks freebirding it anymore.

Well for me who hates the hot hot weather and the sun no tanning here either if I lay on the beach its under a umbrella and as far as topless or naked sunbathers no way no how never ever ever , even if I had the greatest body in the world my body is for me and my husband no one else to look at and more I personally do not want to look at any naked people yuck yuck. However I know alot of people can do this and do enjoy it and if it makes them happy and they are comfortable then more power to them cause life is way to short so enjoy...but please do watch your skin , skin cancer is all too real and all that sun is truly no good for anyone. I find the sun to be very good for me. I expose myself to it year around so I don't burn in the summer and I keep myself properly lubricated. I am blessed with good skin on both sides of my family I love the brown look in summer. Gravity has taken it's toll but fortunately for me it's not too bad I am proud of the hard work I've done to look this good.

I dont tan because I am pretty sure my body only burns, hurts, itches, peels and then returns to pasty white. Other than that I am also concerned about wrinkles, aging and skin cancer so I dont really go out in the sun that often with the sole intent to tan.

As for the topless, yeah, I could probably be convinced to do that but certainly not in the company of a bunch of 20 year olds... LOL

Not here. I used to try to tan as a teen, but always burned like a lobster.
Now I have to deal with the consequences.
I have been dealing with basal cell skin cancer since I was 30 (now 45). I would not recommend for anyone to tan for that reason alone. I wish you could see the scars from all the surgeries. It's disgusting!! As a matter of fact, I have to have at least 5 more removed.

Great skin or not, the sun WILL turn you into a big mess of tough skin and wrinkles! I used to sit in it when I was younger, but not any more. I had a chemical peel done years ago and have never sat in the sun since. I always have sunscreen on, especially my face. Tan lines never bothered me when I did tan, because I am the only one that ever saw them.

I can run around in my backyard butt naked, because we live in the country and it's very secluded. But I don't do that! I do get in my pool in the skinny though! I'd love to visit a nude beach, just to see the MEN! LOL MmmMmm you know what I'd be checkin' out, hahahahahah!

I literally hate hate hate hate smoking and sincerely wish cigarettes were never invented yuck yuck yuck and as far as alcohol well I think all that know me here know how I feel about that as well no alcohol here at all hate hate hate it so much in fact I do not even drink soda much less. And yes my sister in law is 6 years younger then me and she has been smoking and drinking for a long long time and honestly her skin is really not good and she looks alot older and honestly she does have a smoker cough and is getting worse, I do fear for her life to not to develope copd or empyshema sp.... I use to bathe in the sun every chance I got up untilI I hit 40 then my skin became too sensitive so now at 45 I only get exposed to the sun during normal activities and I don't use sunscreen because I can tan very fast in the 10 or 15 minutes I might be exposed without any damage.I love the sun and miss it very much.It is so soothing to aching muscles, takes stress away, and so much more.I have never done it topless or bottomless though.

I don't think that sun in moderation is so bad. I try to get a little sun every day for the vitamin D; I think your body absorbs that better than the kind you take in pill form.
