Question Babysitter or day care?

What do you think is better? Have a babysitter or your child go to a day care? I have a babysitter but I start to worry about the education that my children receive. Older child, about 7 years, already goes to school starting this month, but the smaller, 3 years and a half, sitting all day with the babysitter. I think that I take my child to day care even if it will be very hard for him. However, I do not know what to choose: babysitter or day care? Please help me!

I really think it depends on your childs temperment and the quality of what your area offers. My oldest went to a daycare center and loved the social aspect of it. He was a busy boy and needed all the kids to play with. Some kids are better in smaller situations. I got to stay home with my other son and he would have hated a big group. So I think it just depends on your child and the available care. Good luck!

two different children, two different experiences---both produced exceptional results. It's really a decision that you have to make on your own, based on too many factors to discuss on this board.

Question

Can I ask a quick question do both you and your husband work at the same time, can perhaps one stay home so that the little one does not have to go to daycare or perhaps since I read your in the education business does your school offer a program where you can take your younger one. Peace. Catherine
