Fantasy Vacation

If someone offered you a Fantasy Vacation (you can't have any money but everything on this vacation is completely paid for) where would you go?

I would go to Italy and tour Europe. I would alternate between staying with relatives (they are very hospitable and would be offended if I didn't) and luxury hotels and camping and rustic inns.

I would eat glorious food and shop at Prada and Versace. I would walk the cities and the mountains and the villas. I would ride the trains throughout Europe and swim in the oceans of Greece and Italy and France.

I would also want to "spa out" in some fantastic mud baths and sea salts and spoil myself that way while I'm there.

ETA I almost forgot since it's paid for I'll do my traveling on a private jet thank you very much!

Since this is a fantasy...I would take advantage of their generosity and go to Dubai and see the amazing man-made islands and stay at the Hotel Burj Al Arab.

I would never in a million years be able to afford to go if I had to pay for it !

Well if I wasn't afraid of flying I would go to Italy. Otherwise I'd take a road trip out west-Colorado, Montana, etc.... Been there before and want to go back. I love just about anywhere out west-Washington, Oregon, Idado, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Colorado, etc... I've seen 'em all and would love to do it all again!

Ok, I would go absolutely no where. I would be able to be home with no yelling, no one wanting anything from me, the house would automatically be clean, the laundry would do itself, dinner would be cooked for me. I would have endless hours to sew and do bows and other crafts, watch whatever I wanted on TV, see whatever movies, and take a nap whenever I felt the need.

BuckeyeatHeart, now THAT sounds like a vacation! Maybe after a month of that I could think straight enough to think of somewhere to go.

I would suggest running away for the weekend....check yourself into a hotel with a nice spa for a few days and just pamper yourself. A few hundred dollars, that's it! There may be hell to pay when you get back, but it's equally likely that the laundry would be done and dinner would be waiting. You deserve a break today!

I have been watching a show on PBS about the National Parks. I would go and see ALL OF THEM!

I think I'd start with Yosemite and I'd want to stay at all the grand lodges.

The only National Parks I've been to are Acadia and Crater Lake. A word to the wise... don't wait until you get "older" to see these wonders because you never know what kind of curve ball your health is going to throw you.
