Personally from everything that has happened I firmly believed the show was no longer jon and kate plus 8 and should have ended and this way they could focus on their children . Also I agree with CaddyLisa I cannot stand either one of them . Peace. Catherine

Yay! Now he gets to have his wish to work a 9 to 5 job instead of going on trips and having everything handed to him ..now he gets to support all 8 of his kids

Dannic your so right and thats a total shame. How about the millions of families spread across america who are poor and parents who have to work 2 or 3 jobs to support their families it is not fair. Again the whole show should be cancelled and give those children a chance to be out of the spotlight before any further damge is done. Honestly with Cara and Maddy as they get older I cannot truly see them wanting those cameras and lights following them around all for the sake so that their selfish parents can seek further fame and fortune... Those two people are so disgusting...why the heck would anyone ever waste a minute watching a TV show about them? I just don't get the obsession with them? The man even looks like he's not all there!

Such a pity. Jon Gosselin will have to get a real job now. No more expensive trips to the south of France with his girlfriend. I don't think Kate is perfect, but at least she is what she portrays herself to be. I don't believe her motives are strictly for her and not her children. With the show, she found a way to make a lot of money, and now they live in a very expensive house and, of course she doesn't want to lose the house, with no money coming in. So, if TLC still wants her, she is not going to turn down that gravy train.

The sad thing is that if it weren't for the show, I really don't think they would have split up. Seriously, they both would have been so busy trying to provide (with no or little hired help) that they wouldn't even consider splitting up. And Jon is going to pay child support for 8 kids with a regular job? I don't think so.

I totally agree with you there! I think the real damage for the children is all the media news about their dad. If any of it is true, he is embarrassing his family and giving them a bad name.

I have to say that I give Kate credit because she really does focus on her children. I have not heard her say bad things about Jon. Im sure she has a lot to tell but she doesnt..at least not yet.. hmmm

I am thinking that alcohol may be a very big issue in his life these days- he has that bloated look of a boozer. Also have heard references to him smoking alot of weed lately, as I guess his girlfriend is a big pot head. Perhaps these issues may explain the extremely bad choices he has made and his totally disgusting behavior.

Did you hear that he filed a motion to delay his divorce for three months, and he has apologized for his bad behavior? He claims he wants to work with Kate to keep his family from being destroyed. I am thinking that now that his income has been cut, he wants to be sure that is figured into the financial aspect of the divorce.

Kate was at a local womens show recently with her ever present body guard. No kids. She was signing books and rubbing the body guards leg . She is irogant and very rude to some of the people who asked her about the kids. She wanted to talk about herself and that was all. To her, its all about HER not the kids or jon. Just KATE. There wasnt alot of people buying her book so her leg rubbing hand was free alot.

I do love the fact that he has recently filed suit to stop this show... Since they kicked him off, he filed an order and will not allow his kids to be filmed anymore...
Kind of like Keith Sweat and the Real Housewives of Atlanta. He will not allow his kids to be on that show..

So ironic, the kids are the reason he is rolling in the dough, but all of a sudden he is not allowing the TLC crew on his premises. Like a small child, he figures that he will get TLC back for diminishing his role on the show. Has anyone made it clear to him that this show is his paycheck. I can honestly say that not much surprises me anymore when it comes to him.

Honestly like I said before Kate and Jon were in for the fame and fortune perhaps not in the very beginning as you can tell by the way they dressed and acted. However as the show went on it all became well too clear things were changing and fast. Kate was getting very demanding and very mean and rude and Jon was quiet and let her talk and talk . Her clothing and hairstyle changed so many times and as Cara and Maddy got older you could clearly see having those cameras and lights around them all the time was getting to them . The final outcome and all that has happened was truly bound to happen it was like a ticking time bomb. Personally its so overtime for the show to end I personally to not care to see or hear them speak anymore and those children need to have a normal life while they are still young enough. As far as their parents I honestly do not see a future for them but again who knows, but first and foremost they need to grow up and raise those 8 children and stop all this and close their doors to the public... Peace for the children for they are innocent. Catherine
