Just back from Drs. Daughter woke up vomiting and started with a low grade fever which is now 102.4. Went to the Drs. and they did all kinds of Blood Work.
He just called and told me that her WBC is ok so far at 8000 but her Polys are very high at 96%. She is on a very strong medicine but he told me that if he doesn't like what he sees on tommorows culture she will be admitted to the Hospital.
He said that the polys signify an infection. I was so nervous though that I can't think. She does have a pre exsisiting med condition but this is very different than what we have ever experienced with her.

I am just so nervous becauase they are concerned it might be sepsis.
