I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for where to order checks online? I have always gotten mine from the bank I do business with, but they are so expensive. And this new bank I am at they don't offer anything like "First box free" or whatever. So I am in need of some personal checks and would love to hear what you guys have to suggest.

I have used Checks Unlimited for years with no problems. Checks Unlimited Offers Personal Checks and Business Checks Online. is their website. They usually have a ''3.95 4th box" offer going. I love the variety of designs--everything from cartoons to nature to business type styles and they have always shipped to me quickly----they advertise up to 3 weeks I think, but I have never paid the "rush fees" and usually have my order in about a week.

Wal-mart. I got some really nice and colorful checks for something like $6 and to ship it all came to $9.XX, under $10. Awesome!! I felt very secure ordering through their site too. They arrived within 5 business days I believe. It didn't take long.

I used Current for years, but now we can get our checks for free because of multiple accounts at our bank. If you have multiple accounts, I would consider inquiring deeper about free checks and no minimum in your accounts prior to a surcharge. It might just be bare bones checks with no fancy design on them, but if you can get them for free, who cares, right?
