Teens harming/killing teens. 2 in my area this month!
First the burning of the one poor kid.

I read on google news about a gang rape of a 15 yr girl outside of a school dance in a darkened area. People knew what was happening and didn't even call the police. Finally a girl heard about it inside the dance and called police. SICK SICK SICK

Yes, very SICK. Its my understanding that the ones who were standing around "not actually involved" but knew what was going on might not be charged! I thought those people were an accessory to the fact. I am appalled at our judicial system and laws.

In some states there are laws about being an "observer". However, lots of these laws only apply if the victim is 14 or under! I heard that on the news. That's pretty lame too.
