My sister received a call from an 866 number and missed it. She thought it was a company and she called it back. It rang to her cell phone. She was all freaked out. She called me we looked online through all the reverse lookups, etc until we narrowed the phone number to this company

they are a "reborg" service that is they reroute numbers to other numbers like call forwarding so companies can forward their lines.

They told her the number belongs to an AC/Heating company they can't tell her who and another AC/Heat guy called them this morning with the same problem.
The weirdest part is my BIL is an AC/Heating guy although my sister's cell phone has nothing to do with the company he works her it's her own private non affiliated to anyone phone.

Now she has to wait for one of their people to call her back and straighten things out meanwhile she blocked the number so it goes to her vm and nobody has called besides us to check it out.
I googled it every way I could think of but nobody else seems to have had this problem that I could find.

Anyone ever hear of this before?
