I am hopoing that this is the place to share this. I was at the grocery store yesterday and saw a boxed cookie mix with the seasonal products: Betty Crocker Snowball Cookie Mix It is listed at having 3g of fat so I thought I would try it. SIMPLE, SIMPLE, SIMPLE!!! I have already told several friends and I wanted to share it with you. All you need is butter. (I used 2/3 cup of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray) You just mix, roll the cookies, place on the pan, roll in the included powdered sugar, cool, roll again and done. My husband actaully thought that they were Archway bought cookies. I wanted to share since 1.) they are easy 2.) they are great tasting 3.) children could have fun making them and 4.) they would be great to share or take anywhere for Christmas. Great Product and I just wanted to pass it along. (They also sell in this line Peanut Butter Bon Bon's and Cinnamon Apple Crisp)

| It does call for a stick of butter but I always use the liquid spray butters for the mixes (bagged cookie mix or this product). It worked fine. The cookies tasted great and it also keeps it to 3g of fat.

Just an FYI in case you are counting on the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray as being fat free, it isn't. Here are two articles that let show you: I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray is full of fat -- Buyer Beware! - That's Fit Hungry Girl - Wednesday Newsletter I would hate for people on a dietary restricted diet falsely believe that they can eat it guilt free. Their label is highly misleading. |

| I hope I didn't come off as rude. I just remember reading an article a while back at the misleading label and didn't want anyone to think that it was a fat free option. I wish there was a better way to label products so that consumers don't make dietary mistakes

Speaking of using spray butter instead of stick butter .... here's my story.. my DIL and I were making brownies at the beach. Well, you know how you forget things at the beach. We realized we didn't have oil for the brownie mix, but we had the PAM spray oil. So..... to make a long story short, we actually sprayed the amount we needed into a measuring cup and used it instead of oil!!! It worked. We didn't tell the guys what we did until after they ate them. They couldn't tell the difference and neither could we!! It's amazing how things can be improvised!
