This guy has an ad on Craigslist at least once a month, looking for bartenders/servers at his small restaurant. He can't figure out why he keeps losing help.....he is truly an idiot and a classic Bad Boss!! This is his latest posting.....barely literate!!

The "Bar" is hiring a bartender/ server- Must be available evenings and weekends. In other woprds, you will work a lot of weekends and evenings. We are Open unitl ALTEST 12am daily and ATLEAST 2 am Thursday thru Saturday. We also stay open until 2AM if ther are customers in. We are also open a fair amount of the Holidays. That being said, we will try to work with you on getting requests off. Duties include light cleaning, stocking, serving food and alcaholoc beverages. Honesty, relaibility and ability to work late nights a must. Please email name and contact information, as well as availability, number of hours wanted per week, and previous job experience. Ideal candidate shouls be willing to work hard for great pay, have a schedule that is open evenings and weekends, have a great personality, and an ability to work with or without manager supervision. This is a fun and lucrative job if you meet these traits. You may also fill out an application at the "Bar" in person. We will be interviewing the 7-9th of November and are have openings available immediatley thereafter.

My dd left after this guy was stealing credit card tips from the servers and bartenders, shorting her hours and 'sampling' the liquor while he was working!!!
