I need some help with our Christmas program costume as I have absolutely no creativity at all!

DD is going to be a "Guest at the Inn". I need to make a petticoat for her. She can wear a long-sleeved blouse with it. Any ideas on a petticoat?

I really appreciate your help!

I can sure sympathize with a lack of creativity. My imagination went on vacation and hasn't returned. My DD just had to dress up as a word at school. I got some great ideas here and it helped me think a bit more creative. (Thanks everyone!) I ended up dressing her in all plain brown, putting a long green wig, with a bird's nest with eggs in it sewed to the top of wig on her and called her a tree. lol
