I am looking forward to tonight's finale. I am hoping that Amanda is one of the final 3 and wins it and I hope that Abbey, Daniel or Shay win the at home prize.

I was shocked when Tracy came out. Glad that Rebecca beat her for the At Home prize. Shay did so well. It will be exciting to see her at the next finale to see how much more she can lose. (Subway is giving her $1000 for each pound lost). I wanted Danny to win so I was thrilled when he beat Rudy. It was a good season.

I thought it was a good season too! I could not believe Tracy, she looked amazing. Rebecca looked very different with blond hair....I thought it looked a little odd! I thought some of the people who got voted off early did a wonderful job of losing the weight at home. I think they have more to be proud of then the people who remained until the end. The ones who go home have to go back to their everyday life...their meals aren't prepared for them, and their life does not consist of exercise all day long, not to mention the everyday stresses of life! When you are on the ranch your one and only goal.....is to lose weight! No job, no family to care and cook for,no house to clean, no bills to pay, etc....

OMG Danny looked awesome! He was on Leno afterward. He is such cutie-pie now and very funny!

The Biggest Loser is a good premise however why do they do it by weight? They should be measuring BMI instead which is a better gauge of how much fat a person is losing. Weight fluctuates with your bowels, your hormones, your time of month, whether or not you ate salt last night. There are just so many variables that have NOTHING to do with how well they eat or exercise.
And they make people do it so fast it's inevitable that many of them will gain their weight back.

Just google "biggest losers gain weight back". If you're watching for entertainment that's one thing but if you think this show is really helping a bunch of people I don't see it that way.
