That seems so fast. That's great news. I'd have the "office' packed and stacked at the front door on the 15th.

He didn't contest anything--signed the papers, so my attorney will file, get a court date for next week and we'll be done!

Even if he had contested, we would have had to wait 20 days appear before the judge and then have the judge give me the divorce. It doesn't matter, here, whether both parties want it or not!

Yep, I've got his crap packed just waiting for his phone and DSL be set up so he can work and pay me child support!

What state are you in Marilyn? Here you need grounds and being seperated for a year constitutes grounds. So, I have to wait. It's tough.
