| WOW! You are a heck of a woman to be taking out a garage! ![]() (I know you mean GARBAGE--at least I hope you do!) You are probably going to be sore in the AM. I sprained my ankle about a month ago (I was doing a room search, had stepped up on the bed to check the light fixture for contraband--stepped down and rolled my ankle. I just knew it was broken ) ended up going to Urgent Care. Wasn't broken! The MD said to take 2 Aleve, instead of Motrin for pain and swelling. Said to take 2 aleve twice a day instead of 800 mg of Ibuprofen every 6 hours. That did help. And a lot easier than trying to remember to take the Ibu! FWIW--my ankle is still a little swelled and bruised (yeah--I did a bang up job of spraining it!)

Ouch hope it's better soon. If it continues to swell or get more painful have it looked at. What T's me off is that now days when I get hurt it's like an epic disaster. When I was younger I could take a spill and hop right up. Even if I got injured I could just shrug it off, sprained ankle?.. screw it I'll just limp. Even fairly major injuries didn't usually impede my day to day life. I'm only 32 but it seems to take much longer to recover than as a teen or kid. A while back I got this great idea to go skateboarding with ds, I use to quite a bit as a kid, but after a few falls I know I'll never be doing it again. I was sore for over a week, in the past I wouldn't have thought much of it and probably been fine by the next day. Anyway good luck hope it gets better quick.
