I'll give you some great news. Last Thursday when I got home from our day at Disney World there was a letter from the X-ray place that did my mammogram a few weeks ago. They found "something".

Yesterday I had an appointment with my primary and he told me that it WASN'T a tumor and it WASN'T a cyst. It was dense tissue. I have to go for an ultrasound but we're 99% sure it's nothing to be too concerned about.

This whole event has put things is proper perspective. Don't sweat the small stuff folks.

I hate it when you have to go back because they are not sure of something. I've had to do that several times. The first time is extremely scary. I have semi-dense tissue too so now at least I know not to panic if I have to get called back. Yep, don't sweat the small stuff!

I had to go back for an ultrasound. She kept going over the same area for so long I really started to get concerned. Then she told me to wait and she would be right back. Now I'm really scared. She came back and said it was just a cyst. I have to go back again in March. This really gets you thinking. In the whole sceme of life the little things don't matter.

I'm so happy you were blessed by good news. Makes one want to re evaluate.

I was sent back for tests 3 times and the last time I went, the lady doing the mammagram asked if I had any caffeine in the last 24 hrs. I said yes and she resched the test and told me not to have anything at all with cafeine in it 24 hrs before I came. went back and the "shadows " that they saw on the first 2 tests were gone. turned out they were caffeine deposits.
