My Dh & I were at Neiman Marcus the other day trying to find a last minute gift for his receptionist. We ended up getting her a Loro Piana scarf at a great price! To make a long story short, we were standing at the counter about to make our selection, when all of a sudden we heard an ear piercing scream. A loud crashing sound then followed. Turns out, there were a couple of children that had been left unattended, horse playing by one of the displays. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but they did manage to tear up everything in sight. The parents not only failed to clean up the mess, but didn't even bother to apologize to store staff or any of the customers effected. I'm guessing that the manager, or perhaps one of the customers, must have called security. They were there almost immediately. At any rate, security carted them off, kicking and screaming.

Good, I hope security gave them a lashing!

and handed them a bill for what they destroyed!
