Smooth Away?

Has anyone tried this?

https://www.getsmoothaway.com/ver43/index.asp

Hair removal system. Although it says not available in stores, that may have been when it first came out. I see it in stores now.

I'm thinking about trying it, but wondered if anyone here had.

TIA.

My daughter tried this, but I haven't. She says it's like buffing the hair away with a piece of sandpaper, and that it didn't do a very good job at all. Then, her skin is rather dry, so I don't know if this made a difference or not. She said she had to shave afterwards anyway and that it irritated her skin. Maybe someone else has had better luck, but I thought I'd share her experience with you.

My grand was here the other day and had seen the commercial and wanted to try it, so I went and got mine outta the bathroom drawer for her to try. After about 5 minutes she decided it wasn't worth bothering with, which was the reason it was crammed in the back of the drawer in the first place. Altho it is pretty good for dry heels, it is a waste of time and money for getting rid of hair - at least it was for me.

Don't bother wasting the money. I tried it and it didn't remove the hair very well. All it did was cause a rash from the buffing.

It only works on surface hair. So if you are somewhere away from home and don't have a razor it will work but only on top of the skin. If this was your only method of hair removal you'd have to do it every day. I bought on months ago and have only used it twice. I like to remove hair and not worry about it for a while.

I read where someone did a review and it took the person an hour just to do one leg.

One of my co-workers was a tester for this product and she said it only works if you have just a few little hairs that you need to get rid of such as at the corners of your upper lip.

She said it would take HOURS if you actually tried to do both your legs with it.

My daughter tried this and it didnt work for her either. It left a burn like sensation on her skin. Definitely save your money and invest in a good razor or neet/nair (only if you do not have sensitive skin..that will burn too)
