On Saturday I was trying to get organized so I decided to make a cleaning calendar to make my life a little easier. I have been following it so far this week and I have been doing chores I rarely do which make my house so much neater!

I now have certain days for different types of laundry, tackling little chores in one room each day i.e. mopping or vacuuming, dusting, clean out the fridge etc.

Do any of you do something like this and do you feel the need to write it down?

I guess I do. My calendar shows what days the cleaning lady is coming.

No I just get up every morning and do the dishes, floors, pick up, make the bed, clean the toilet and the bathroom, etc. I scrub the shower when I'm in it usually about twice a week. The deep cleaning I do when I notice things need to be done. My house is very organized, it has to be it's very small. I keep it neat and clean but I call it "country clean" because we live in a rural area and there's no pavement so the floor is always in need of a Swiffering even if I just cleaned it. I swear I could have someone here just to clean the floor every hour and it would still be in need of Swiffering.

No, but am planning on doing so as soon as I get everything in tiptop shape.

I used to and it helped but somehow I got away from it.
I sure do need to get back on a schedule tho!!!

that is how I felt so I did a deep clean this past week and my house is still clean
