Is anyone out there pissed at the direction the Bo and Hope storyline is going? I really, really don't like how this is playing out. Having watched this soap (not everyday but enough to keep up) since the mid 70's I really don't believe this storyline fits with the Bo and Hope characters. I don't think Bo would jump in the sack that quickly with Carly. I really wish they wouldn't have done that. Any thoughts? Just read on a spoilers website--------SPOILER ALERT------------------that they will eventually get back together but who knows if that info is true. I just hope we don't have a Carly ends up pregnant storyline....that's been done so often. If they do get back together I hope that ends the Carly mess.

I used to watch this back in the day...around 1996ish ?

I pretty much quit watching all soaps when they cancelled Another World and replaced it w/ Passions!

I use to love DOOL....Bo has always been one to jump in the sack! At least Hope had the excuse that she was being controlled by Stefano. LOL

That said--DOOL has gotten rid of some key characters and I think that they will be cancelling it soon (just my opinion). I miss the old DOOL that had likable and wacky characters, and semi-believable plot lines.

I loved Another World too!!!! That and Days are the only ones I watched. I did watch Santa Barbara but it didn't last too long.

I have not been an everyday watcher since they let the John and Marlena characters go. I actually started watching GH again(after not for 15 years) but do tune into DOOL occasionally. When I found out Carly and Vivian were coming back I started recording it again. I LOVE it!!!!! I am not a big Bo and Hope fan so it is nice to see them mix it up a bit. I just wonder what is with the "Mickey dying all of a sudden plot" . Why did they try new Mickeys if they were just going to have him die on the show? When are they going to have Alice die off? I know she is DOOL history but she is never on anymore. Are they just waiting for it to happen in real life?

Maybe they want a love interest for Maggie. Or maybe they just can't find someone they like in that role so it's time to let him go.
I guess time will tell. I think they are waiting for the real Alice to pass away.

I perused Soap Opera digest in the checkout line the other day. From what I read it was because they couldn't find a suitable replacement for the original Mickey. And Maggie is upfront in some storyline (????) so they are playing it up for all it's worth.

I can't watch if Alice Horton comes on screen....she looks so much like my Granny! I get all choked up and cry. I certainly will not be able to watch if/when they have Ms. Horton's funeral!!
If I happen to watch during the Christmas season I cry when they hang the family ornaments!
I cried when Mac Corey died on Another World! I'm a sap...

I did like Bo and Hope together years ago but the past couple years she has turned into such a whiny little *beep*. lol She always pushes Bo away, takes the girl and leaves and cries about EVERYTHING! Really...lately I can't stand her! I'm not overly impressed with the Carly storyline though either. Personally, I always liked him with Billie! I love her! He should be with Billie and Chelsea! Just my opinion...

And Mac died suddenly in real life which made it all that much sadder......I loved Mac and Rachel.

I don't like Hope either. She IS a whiny little *beep*. I wish Bo would leave her and never look back. I also don't like the whole Sammy, Rafe, and EJ storyline right now. Did I miss something? How does EJ have Sidney? I do have to say though.. those two actors that are the new Brady and his girlfriend are good on Days. They both sucked on Passions. Rafe is good on Days too.

If's I've got the storyline correct, EJ is furious with Stephano because he helped Nicole hide the truth so he has concocted this kidnap scheme to pull out a lot of money from their accts to get back at Stephano. Not sure how he knew where Nicole was to "kidnap" Sidney but no doubt it will come out that he had a tracer on her or something. lol I guess all of you are right, Hope is pretty spoiled and Bo and Hope sure have been off and on alot......I do LOVE Sami though.

I do love Rafe. He's the sexiest guy to come on days in a very long time! lol And I think him and Sami have great chemistry. I always liked Lucas and thought they would eventually get back together but I read somewhere that Lucas is going off very soon.

Lucas has officailly been let go.. again. I will never forgive Days for only letting
Sami/Lucas be happy for about 2 days. I loved them together. The only thing I care about at all right now is Sydney. The Anna/EJ kidnapping was a twist I didn't see coming. Maggie has been great too lately. I wish they had done something (anything!) with Steve/Kayla when they were back. What a waste that was. There is never any good action/adventure anymore. Just baby switches and long lost kids.

I Love Days, I have been watching it since the 80's on and off, and I faithfully DVR it everyday so I can watch it now. I like that Bo finally moved on alittle I agree with the other posters Hope is very whiny lately and was always using every excuse to push him away, so I am glad it ended up like that, I still think Bo and Hope will end up together eventually. I was hoping to see Sammie and EJ together I love them both,and think they are good for each other . Anyways I look forward to days everyday, and will continue to watch it whatever the storyline brings!

I used to love dool's soap opera long long time ago. I loved Jennifer and Jack and I dearly loved Hope but I loved loved Patch and Kayla I loved their love story brings back memories. No time for soaps anymore I also used to love to watch Ryans Hope loved that they lived in New York loved that they were Irish loved the names Siobhan and Maeve . Also loved to watch General Hospital when I was a teenager I will never forget Luke and Laura and their wedding .Nice memories . Peace. Catherine

I watched Ryans Hope the first few years it was on. It's on at 4:00AM CST on the soap channel. Sometimes if I can't sleep I turn it on....lol
