Anyone here collect coke rewards? I started doing this a few months ago and was surprised that I got an email from them stating that I have to use all my points by early January. I ended up getting an Olympic t-shirt, but I really wanted to save them, and get something nicer. My question is, do they always make you use up all your points at the end of each year?

You didn't have to use your points, you just had to use your account by entering codes. When an account isn't used for 3 months an email is sent telling the account holder their points will expire if the account isn't active.

No, I don't think that was it. I always enter a few codes every month, so the account was active. They just sent me an email stating to use all of my points by Jan 3 or 4 (my daughter got the same email from them). I wonder if they make you start the new year with a clean slate. If so, it makes it difficult to save a lot of points.

I used to save them but I hated when they did that - make them all expire. I could never save up enough for a cool reward. I used to use them for Blockbuster rewards, then they discontinued the one I liked (a free one - not B1G1) so I quit saving them. I used up all the codes in my account on sweepstakes, won nothing and was done with it. Too much work for not much reward IMO.

I've been doing them for a few years.

I looked at all my recent emails from Coke, and I don't have any email like that. I never heard of them sending an email like that.

Do you still have the email that you could post what it said?

We buy 12 packs so I always use my points for a Free 12 pack Coupon - not super exciting but since I buy it anyway it's nice to get a free one once in a while.

I agree. I don't recall receiving the email though. I haven't entered a code in probably 2 months. I just checked my account and my points are there. Weird!!

I've been doing it for a few years now. The only time I got an email saying that my points would expire was when I hadn't been into the site for a long time. I've never had points expire on me. They have always carried over into the new year. I used to use mine for free 12 packs of COKE. Now I use them to get magazine subscriptions. I probably get just about every magazine listed on the site. ~Lisa
