Interesting update. I sent these off to our local TV station and they just called me. They said they loved them and the pictures would be on TV. They wanted a story about who took them. How cool is that?!

I wish I could. If it was on, I didn't get to see it either. This station showed some of my other photos about 6 months ago and I missed that as well. I found out when I took one of my cats to the Vets. The receptionist had seen them.

I've had numerous photos shown online and on the TV. I can only share the online ones.

If you're from Boston, you may remember Todd Gross from Channel 7. After he got the boot from the TV, he had his own web cast. Here he is talking about one of my photos.

The only other one I've got that was note worthy was from last year's Audubon backyard bird count. After trying to get one of my photos on their site for 6 years, I finally succeeded.

That was THE most amazing event I've ever seen in the sky. It's called a circumhorizontal arc and is pretty rare. It's also known as a fire rainbow although true weather fanatics hate that name.

I've seen several since we moved here but that was the best one. Here's another photo from that day.
