I cannot tell you what a difference some of these techniques have made already. My dad was able to come over and visit without her climbing all over him, and excessively barking. It was incredible, and that was only after about 15 minutes total training over just a few hours! He couldn't believe the difference, and neither could I.

The main thing I tried was poking her when she climbed on my lap uninvited. Let me tell you my usually mild mannered dog, was completely ticked off by this. She even nipped and growled lightly at me, which she has never done. But once I established my "alphaness" and invited her to sit with me, she was fine, and not as bossy as usual.

I've used a pop can with some coins in it to inhibit the barking and that and the new training has already cut the barking more than in half!

IF you have a dog with issues, big or small, I highly recommend this site! I'm so excited and happy with my "new" Bella. And she seems happier too!!!
