I've only been a member of Pinecone Research for about a month, since it was posted about in this forum.

I've gotten paid for one survey. I received an email from them yesterday, and the survey link set off my virus warnings big time. I didn't follow thru and do the survey. Today they sent a notice that the survey link had problems and gave me a new link. That also set my virus warnings going off. Also today, they sent me a link for another new survery and my virus warnings went off with that link too -- so I didn't do it.

Is anyone else having virus warnings with their Pinecone emails suddenly? I didn't have any problems on my first survey in February.

I've never had problems with Pinecone Research having viruses.There are some antivirus software that are just oversensitive.Its probably a false alarm.
BTW, I just checked my email and there was a new study.Logged in just fine with no virus warnings.

I have never had a problem with PineCone. I have had virus warnings on other things. I'm not sure what the problem was but you can email them and tell them what happened they might have an explanation. I just did a survey yesterday and there were no problems with it. I did it and a few minutes later received an email that my PayPal had been credited with the $3.

That's interesting. I've never had payment credited that quickly. I usually receive notice of payment within 24 hrs unless the survey is done on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Then the payment is credited on the following Monday.

I've been doing their surveys for years and have never had a problem.

I ended up doing the 2 surveys on a different, older computer and they went through just fine. My laptop just did not like the links this time. They did send out a new link on the first survey saying they had something wrong.

I don't have my payment go into Paypal. I get a check in the mail. I might see if I can have it changed over to Paypal as that seems faster and less hassle.

I haven't had any problems with them. After the surveys are completed, I've gotten my checks rather quickly in the mail. ~Lisa

Never had any problems with them....

I've never had a problem with them and I've been with them for years.

I have them pay me thru Paypal and it's fast... much better than waiting for a check.
