and received it from a company called Supplies to You it's a counterfeit. I just received my refund. The ceramic started coming off the heating plates after less than two months. The phone number they list is for a textile manufacturing company.

Also I called Farouk Systems and they will ONLY warranty their product if bought from JCP, Ulta, or Trade Secret retail locations.

I intend to go to JCP and get one.
