I thought we could have an appreciation thread. It makes us realize how lucky we are and, I hope, helps everyone realize what they have in life that's good.

I appreciate my warm, nice home keeping me dry in the rain and cold.
I appreciate delicious home cooked meals every day.
I appreciate the love of my family, friends, my Mommy, and God.
I appreciate my pets and their furry love.
I appreciate my husband.
And I certainly appreciate all the little things like a smile, a flower, a tree and most of all being able to take my morning walk and hearing birds everywhere all singing different songs. I can't see them because they're hiding in the trees but I know they're there because I can hear their melodious songs!
I appreciate living in the country.
I appreciate all the things that make life more comfortable and convenient and all the pretty nice things that make me happy.

The political system is broke and it's a joke.

I appreciate my family and friends. Actually I never really knew just how much I appreciated my family until I met my boyfriend's family. Now I really do understand and appreciate the sacrafices my father did for us kids when we were younger.

My house

my job (that sounds odd, but after 10 years, its still good knowing that what I do makes a difference in the life of children)

living in the USA

the small things in life, looking at flowers, wild animals that I see in the woods by my apt complex

I could list more, but these are the most important ones

I appreciate the staff, the drs and nurses and all the emplioyees at the world famous Johns Hopkins Hospital where my life was recently saved. I just have never thought of all the people who spend every day helping , serving and making life easier for those who can't for whatever reason.
Keep up the good work and know you are appreciated.

Most of what everyone else has posted and my camera. It allows me to see and share the beauty that's all around us.

Sometimes when I'm taking pictures I think things are pretty. But when I get home and really look at the photos, I realize just how amazing our world really is.
