'Golden Girls’ star Rue McClanahan dies at 76

Yet another celebrity death.

I loved Blanche in the Golden Girls. Such a shame all these deaths are happening.

Unhappy

I totally agree and I totally loved watching the golden girls and always watch all the repeats and still so much laughter comes from that show to think all is left is Betty White very sad, however I believe behind the scenes those ladies must have had a wonderful friendship with each other and shared many many laughs may they all rest in peace . I love her both as Blanche and as Maude's next door neighbor Vivian. God Bless her now Betty White is the last one and she's still going strong.

I remember watching this when I was in HS and I absolutely loved the show. I still watch reruns and think geez where are the shows like that now? I'm sorry, "Sex in the City" just didn't do it for me>
