Hi there is seemed like the last few days the boards were so quite it is nice to see them back open.. Right now I am on vacation in Key Largo and then going to Key West. It is very beautiful here I truly needed this vacation very long overdue to say the least. The last months between finishing work, the heat, all the construction on our home, my son Tommy being sick and most important having now both my parents sick its been very hard. For my parents many people have seen my posts on fb, however it was not so bad just having mom sick , but now I have both. In short my mom had her 6th surgery to remove tumors again from her bladder . The doctors said they keep returning because of her smoking. She is still smoking however she has now developed empyshema which is bad and on top of that, her bladder is so weakenend by all the operations and on this wednesday she is having it removed. She wets herself all the time and she is also retaining water and being on the water pills makes it so much harder. She did not want to have her bladder removed but its the best thing. She can hardly walk and her diabeties is another story, this way she will not be tied to staying close to the bathroom and those underpants. For my dad between his age, his life, all the emotional stress of his life and losing my brother and being a caregiver to my mom has finally taken a sad toll on my dad. He has the 2 heart conditions now , which are the corotted artery sp...which right now they are keeping a close watch on when it reaches more then a 5.0 they will need to operate. He also has been having severe heart palpitations and his heart is beating too slow and also his left vectricle is narrowed. On top of that his colestorol and tricliserrides sp. so sorry and his high blood pressure were all very high. He is now on many meds and since having a better diet and taking the meds he is feeling a bit better. He really was so healthy being 180 and 5/11 all his life but he was making bad food choices and not eating healthy from my moms busy health suituation. Also the heat is not good for either of them. So for now please say a prayer and will post and keep updated. I honestly did not want to go on vacation but I dearly needed it so much. peace and healthy and happy wishes to all..Catherine

I will say a prayer for you and your parents. I personally know how difficult it is to see a parent that is sick. Losing a parent is something you never think will happen. Be strong for all of your family.
