I received an email from "she speaks' program, asking me to enroll in the Pass program for my teen from American Express. this is what it says and I'm wondering if I should enroll or not:

Upon enrollment, you will need to load a minimum of $25 and American Express will load an additional $50 to your PASS Card.

**PASS cannot be used at cruise lines, casinos or for car rentals.


The monthly fee of $3.95 will be waived until October 1, 2010.

To receive the $50 incentive, you must be the named recipient of the SheSpeaks offer. Don't forget to order the PASS Card using Promotion Code SS50 and use your SheSpeaks email address. Order the Card before 8/30/10 and activate it to receive your bonus fulfillment. Only one bonus will be applied per member and in case of cancellation, the bonus will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of the Card for the $50 bonus to be loaded.

If you can cancel at any time, and spend $75 in September, I'd go for it, and set up a reminder on rememberthemilk.com or similar to use the card, and cancel. I mean, you could spend that in a grocery trip or two, right?
