No info. But, congrats for taking a step towards smoke free. I quit in 1994. Gotta be honest == it was horrible. I had to change everything I did. Quit coffee, no car rides alone, no bars, no bowling .... you get the picture. I put the money I was saving into a jar every day and on Friday I got myself a gift every week for quite a while.
And, I think one thing that got me through was telling myself I wasn't quitting; I was just choosing not to smoke. If I get diagnosed with a terminal disease or I learn the world is about to end ... I will smoke until I can't smoke again. But, for now, I know not smoking is a healthy way to live and I don't want a life on oxygen when I am older.
FYI -- I still go out of my way to walk behind someone smoking.
