Anyone else having problems accessing the forums?

I jumped a lot of hoops just trying to get to the cafe and finally managed to get here but I can't get to any other forum and have tried all kinds of loops and hoops.
Here is what I keep getting.

I keep getting that same message but only across the top of the page where the MYCoupons banner is.
I got the other messages when I tried to post a response
