Is anyone here allergic to sulfites? I've had *issues* for years after eating out ~ mainly salads/salad bars. After eating at Olive Garden over the weekend, I did a little research and decided that it's a sulfite allergy.

If you have problems, what else do you avoid?

I don't think I'm particularly sensitive to them in the way you are Freer I try to avoid them.
I use shampoo and conditioners that are sulfite free. I remember getting upset stomach after eating at some Chinese restaurant that had MSG in the foods which I'm not sure is related other than both contain salts.
