I have always liked the double bowl, same size. It allows me to use either side, and I can easily rinse after washing. I have a friend with a double, and then a very small "vegetable" sink in between. What a complete waste that is, she never uses it, but had to have it. dl |

I'd like it for the reason of having the one large size so it's easier to wash large pots in...the small side I guess would be useful for washing hands etc. I don't particularly like my two equal sided sink since it's very hard to wash large pots in. I think that I'd prefer one large sink though. I'd also put in a high arched faucet while I was at it!

That's exactly why I have one big sink. In a regular divided sink, there's not room to wash really big pots and pans. Mine is a huge, deep copper sink, plus I put in a small prep sink on the island. I have the high arched faucets with pull out sprayers on both. I love them!
