ita !!!!! With so many legal documents only needing names, dates, other bits of information being changed, it makes you wonder how many documents they have created with the same errors. Being new is no excuse !!!! ita, I've said it for so long and here it is - a judge is fed up. dl Archie Bunker lurks |

I had to read medical notes for my job. Sometimes, they were handwritten and sometimes were transcribed. It was almost scary at the poor grammar and/or horrible spelling contained in the notes, supposedly written by well-educated professionals! Never mind the written statements from injured workers and witnesses! It was no wonder they couldn't get a job paying more than minimum wage.... Everybody makes mistakes, and I can overlook some mistakes as long as the overall "product" makes sense. But, when it's so bad that I can't figure out the gist of the letter/document?? I just have to give up.
