We were just told that a co-worker lost her 16 year old son yesterday morning. Apparently, she dropped him off at a park to play basketball with some friends (like she has been doing a few times a week) and not even a half an hour later she got a frantic phone call from one of his friends telling her to hurry back to the park because he had to call 911 for her son. He collapsed and wasn't breathing right. By the time she got back to the park, they were working on him, but he was already gone
So today, give your kids an extra hug, and if you pray, please say a prayer for Helen and the rest of her family as she has to make arrangements to bury her first born and only son. Thank you

I simply cannot imagine the pain she (family) is going through. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

yesterday while at grocery store a 7 yr old boy on his bike was killed by a delivery truck in the parking lot and his mother worked at the store. So sad I have a 6 yr old grandson so it shook me up alot

A cousin of mine was killed Thursday nite. She was driving home, a pick-up truck hit her from behind so hard and so violently that she was pushed into a tree and the car crumpled. Thank God, it's believed she died instantly.
