| Unbeliveable..290lb man sues white castle 290-pound NY man sues White Castle, says booths are too small | MyCentralJersey.com | MyCentralJersey.com I just read this and I don't know what to say besides people now and days will file a law suit for just about anything. I went into the Versace store on 5th Ave in Manhattan, and unfortunatly they don't carry my size, maybe I should file a lawsuit too because after all, chubby people, like me, would like to wear top designer clothing as well, and I was highly embarassed when the woman told me they didn't carry a size 14 (NOTE..this was meant to be a sarcastic comment, please no one take it serious and get offended )

Assuming that a "fat" man can't fit in the booth, what about someone who truly is disabled (wheel chair for instance?)? It's kind of like a "fat" person complaining they can't fit into the available bathroom stalls--that would indicate to me that the bathrooms weren't handicap accessible. Now, again for the record--I DO NOT under any circumstances feel that this man should be suing under the ADA!!! But, ADA has become the "blanket" reason for suing a lot these days. And the ADA encompasses a whole lot more now, than it did many years ago.
