Oh yeah totally love Halloween so much fun before the big holidays come our way. We have been dressing up with the kids since they were babies. I also dress up for work at my school because we have our annual Halloween parade and then Halloween party and then our fall festival on the school grounds. The children love to see the adults dressed up, this year I am going to be Spongebob. Not sure yet what I want to wear to our annual Halloween party, we go to our neighbors, they decorate and the whole town comes to visit their displays.... with all the real monsters walking around. So much fun, we are out so we leave a basket for the kiddies.......Stay safe and have fun.......Peace to all........Catherine

Halloween is absolutely my favorite holiday! I love seeing the kids all dressed up. I have a collection of costumes in the guest closet. I do not dress up to hand out candy. When my kids were young, and I went out with them to Trick o' Treat, I dressed up. Now I just dress up for adult Halloween parties. In fact, we are going to one next weekend. DH and I will be pirates. I had to make sure no kids would be at this party as my costume is definitely NOT child appropriate but my hubby LOVES it

I used to dress up as a witch and play scary music when I handed out candy when my girls were little. I don't anymore. I like Halloween, but can take it or leave it. Last year was the first year neither of my girls trick-or-treated, so I made a cool dinner. I made stuffed bell peppers using orange peppers and cut out the face like a jack-o-lantern and also made "spooky witch finger" sugar cookies that were colored green and shaped like a finger with red icing like blood under an almond fingernail. This year I think I'm making "bloody rats" for dinner (meatloaf shaped like rats with tomato sauce) and maybe "kitty litter box" cake for dessert. I haven't decided on dessert for sure yet, but I like that picture! Lisa
