Yes. It was deleted. This is what got me in trouble last time.....so I should stay out of it, but of course I won't. lol Pure silliness actually. You cannot control what other people do and say, only yourself. And if you behave appropriately, according to common societal standards you don't have near as much trouble as Catherine does. I don't have problems like this irl.....not that I consider it a problem, mostly just entertainment. But silliness like this must be a real pain to the mods. So my apologies.

Just a guess, maybe because the proof then goes poof and it's back to whining about mean women.

Also, one of her long time supporters pretty much said she's done with her and nicely pointed out options and suggestions. No doubt, yet another troublemaker with no peace because she's not holding her hand any more.

Thanks, I was surprised because I thought it was going pretty well with very little that could be misconstrued as "mean" behavior....mostly just some thoughtful, helpful postings for Catherine. I am sorry that she felt she had to delete it.

Sometimes it is good to see ourselves through someone elses' eyes. Or it should be a good thing. We can all use some kindness in our lives. Kindness can come in being forthright and truthful. I hope she can see that.

Just MTCW: When a person is constantly the "source" of trouble, or in the middle of the drama--that person may need to evaluate their part in the situation.

If a person is incapable of taking constructive criticism, then that person is destined to always be in the middle of chaos and drama.

While I am by no means the poster-child for self-realization, I finally grasped that I was a problem. I tried to modify my behaviour---well, and when I finally became happy again, I was a nicer person!

My Mom always told me "if many people are telling you something you need to step back and take a look at what you're doing". People are not being mean. It's physically painful to me to see someone keep hitting themselves with a hammer and scream "stop hitting me" to those who say to put the hammer away.

We all need to just ignore. We have been over this ground repeatedly with no different results.

I can ignore for the most part---but, even if I *try* to have a rational, civil exchange of ideas and information, I was accused as being a troublemaker (and so were others). At some point, you have to put your foot down and call a spade a spade

I think that over time, perhaps it wasn't what was posted but who posted, KWIM? Maybe she just saw the names and assumed the worst...her spelling was challenged, what she posted was challenged, and then finally anything she posted was challenged. I am not saying that people didn't try and help but after a while, it got so that I saw she couldn't post anything without being challenged by someone.

I know that it was a trying situation. But I really think that Catherine is as frustrated as anyone. I may be naive(sp) but I like to think the best of people until proven otherwise. I just don't see the malice in her postings.....I see someone who is struggling to fit in. I see someone who made it easy for her to be bullied. She didn't fight back with words that hurt. She didn't seem sophisticated like some here who can cut with words. I don't know.

Maybe I am wrong. I am sure that if I am wrong someone will be sure and correct me soon!

Rarely do I disagree with you, but this is one of those times.
I have seen her be malicious for no reason. To many people have received not nice PMs.
And when she has been given the benefit of the doubt, she has responded with venom to some of us.

I just think that she knows exactly what she's doing, and thrives on the drama. And try as I might, my ignore button only holds for so long! After a while, I just can't ignore.

Marilyn, I guess I just didn't follow as closely and I never got involved so I didn't get any nastygrams from her.....from other posters, yes, but I can give as good as I get!

I don't understand how someone can take a message board seriously....over the years, I have been to numerous boards and more than a few of those people have become my friends....there are a few that I think are just ridiculous and I either sit on my fingers when they post silly things or there have been one or two that I just lose my mind and post exactly what I think about them. But at the end of the day, I just close my laptop and don't think about them again until I sign back in again....I do not think some people are like that.

But that being said....luv ya, Marilyn! And you don't have to agree with me for me to say that!

Unsamom thanks for your posts, you truly understand me, I have been forced into corner so many times, that literally it can drive someone crazy. For so many times there have been numerous posts, which we all touched on many different topics of interest to discuss, but more so in many of these posts, so many times the posts turn into something about Catherine and that is a pure fact. I have said this before I am damned if I do and damned if I don't. For Marilyn your wrong, but then again we will never see eye to eye, the fact remains I know the true person I am , which is a kind person, when a person who is constantly picked on just because it is me, sure I get upset and send angry emails, am I suppossed to just sit back and take it over and over again. I will go back to belief and simply never ever , ever feed the trolls anymore. Will they stop, I do not believe so, but I have , so to whomever wants to feel free to talk, it will fall on deaf ears and will never ever get a heated response from me, for again I alone know the true person I am.
