It looks like a reflection of the blue bulb near it onto one of the panes of a glass lantern. The head is very pointy on close up view, not rounded like a real person's head.

Or maybe it's a very geometric ghost.

It's a bird feeder similar to one of these, if it's what you are talking about.

And another thing...whoever owns that tree really needs to get busy and fill up those EMPTY bird feeders! Not a seed to be found, but a tree full of feeders with nothing in them...poor birds!

It is actually a bird feeder however it still looks like a little boy to me and others that have seen it. You can make out the head, sweater, pants, and feet.

It's my tree and we don't keep the feeders stocked all the time because when we put see in it literally disappears in about 15 minutes. I don't want the birds dependent on me for their sustenance.

It's just like seeing an elephant in the clouds...just one puff of wind and there's no elephant anymore. Apparently the lights were just right and that's what caused your ghost boy. We have a ghost that likes to play tricks on us, he likes to turn the shower head pointing out so when we turn on the water it sprays us in the face...UGH!

I didn't see it at all until the bird feeder was posted, and I've seen a lot of ghost pictures. I think I might check out ghosts.org now.
