Do you celebrate more than one December holiday?
We celebrate both Chanukkah and Christmas. I'm Jewish and DH is Catholic. My kids love it of course. We light the menorah on Chanukkah and they get one present per night (usually small) and we also have a Christmas tree and celebrate that and exchange gifts on the 25th.

We only actually celebrate Christmas but I have 1 daughter, 2 sons, a nephew and 2 nieces with birthdays between Dec. 1 and Dec. 27 so it's a very busy month for me.

We are also an interfaith family - DH is Jewish, and I'm Christian - we celebrate Hanukkah and Christmas. We'll light the menorah each of the 8 nights, and we'll have potato latkes for the 1st two nights. We celebrate Christmas in a big way.

It's great having both holidays - our kids feel very special - especially the one who has a birthday next week, too!!

Same here, I am Jewish & DH is Christian. We will light the Menorah each night of Chanukah, the kids will get a gift or two (or three) and we also celebrate Christmas. The funny thing is, I am the one who loves the music, lights and festivities. My husband could care less (he says). Living in Texas, I miss the snow (from Canada) at this time of year.

Just Christmas & my birthday lol I do have 2 Christmas celebrations though.

I applaud those of you who embrace more than one faith/celebration. I think that it is important to expose children to other cultures/experiences.
